Kutani China Japanese porcelain Geisha tea set in Mt. Fuji and landscape scenery in white porcelain with gold accent in set of teacups with saucers, tea pot, creamer, and sugar bowl, circa.
13 pieces total. Mt. Fuji amazing gold application shows the mountain and the surrounding villages with sailboats, bridges, and gardens. Lidded teapot that is around 7" tall including lid. It has no maker mark on it but is of the same patten. The creamer is 3-1/2", the lidded sugar bowl is around 3-1/2" tall including the lid and has two handles (has a chip on the bottom). There is a total of 4 teacups with saucers and each teacup is 2-1/4" tall while the saucer is 5-1/2" in diameter and has slightly raised rims. Saucers have gold tone mark on the bottom of Kutani maker, teacups have Kutani China mark in gold, the creamer and the sugar bowl have red Kutani mark. Beautiful set in white porcelain with heavy gold design application.
